KUSDOM, an IGP company, offers over 800 products for customization starting from just 1 piece, with completion in as fast as 3 working days. Volume discounts apply for larger quantities, and each product can have a different design.

REDBOX IDEA, an IGP company, features trendy stationery, photography and electronic gadgets, fashion accessories, travel accessories, personal care, and leisure fitness products. Single piece ordering is available as well as bulk orders.

Each product has a specific MOQ listed in the product description. If your desired quantity is below the MOQ, please provide your details and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

If your desired quantity is below the MOQ, please provide the relevant information and we will try to accommodate. Regarding design services: after order confirmation, we provide free mockup previews. If you cannot provide print-ready design files, we offer professional paid design services.

1) For simple logo placement/arrangement, the product unit price already includes design fees.
2) If the client provides a logo but requires additional design elements, a design fee of HKD 500-800 applies.
3) For images requiring complete redesign, fees will be determined based on complexity and revision count.

Typically, IGP responds to enquiries on the same or next business day. If you haven't received a reply after 2 business days, possible reasons include:

1) Too many products inquired about;
2) Products are too complex;
3) No contact number or email provided.

IGP offers budget-friendly promotional gifts, small batch customization, rush gifts, and low-total gift options. Choose based on your budget, quantity, and delivery timeline.

Small Batch Customization is designed for businesses needing small quantities (10-30 pieces) with quick turnaround. Most products can be completed within 3 working days. Each set contains 10-30 products with the same design and cannot be split.

Bulk Ordering targets businesses with smaller total gift budgets, including promotional pens, fans, folders, business cards, and more. Products have minimum order quantities, and you can add more on top of the MOQ.

IGPEX offers ultra-affordable promotional items for tight budgets and simple single-color logo printing. Perfect for mass giveaways and promotional events.

For orders under HK$5,000, full payment is required. For HK$5,000 or above, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due upon delivery.

Yes, we accept HSBC and Citibank purchasing cards.

Generally, IGP sends digital invoices before shipment. For government agencies or specific institutions requiring paper invoices, we will mail the original invoice after full payment.

For printing logos or text on gifts, customers must provide AI (Adobe Illustrator) or CDR (Corel Draw) files. If only JPG or other formats are available, a conversion fee of at least HKD 150.00 will apply, depending on complexity.

AI is a vector graphics file format based on Adobe Illustrator. Vector graphics have the advantages of small file size and unlimited scaling, making them ideal for printing and design work.

Single-color printing typically uses screen printing, offering lower costs. Multi-color printing usually uses heat transfer or color printing, depending on logo complexity, with relatively higher costs.

Yes, we can source suitable packaging or manufacture custom packaging according to your requirements, and provide product assembly services.

Delivery time is calculated from confirmation of payment receipt and design files, typically 3-4 weeks depending on the product and order quantity.

For orders of HK$5,000 or above, free one-time one-location delivery is provided. Orders below HK$5,000 incur a minimum HK$100.00 delivery fee (depending on quantity and location). Delivery covers Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories (excluding outlying islands, restricted areas; Tung Chung and Airport subject to surcharge).

Yes, we will try to accommodate your preferred colors. If a specific color is not available, we will suggest alternatives.

General product pricing includes sample production cost. If you are not satisfied with the first sample, additional charges may apply for a second sample depending on the situation.

If products have obvious quality or safety issues (not caused by human factors), customers can contact our service staff within 7 days of receipt for factory adjustment or direct return.

Yes. All produced goods are sent to our Guangzhou office for quality and safety inspection. We offer warehousing services for partial or scheduled delivery to multiple locations.
